Forgot to bump version for last release

Now bot can handle when user leaves the guild or got kicked, or got banned. It can apply penalties and inform you about it.

Also there is /status command now. It will list all players online, it will also indicate if they are linked or not.

Grouped and added extra option to control everything accept/remove commands do.

Also fixed small bug when bot didn't include report entry about DMing banned person, since DM was in async thread

Greatly improved reply system:

• Accept/remove now will show what EXACTLY they did and what they didn't do.
• Every message now has prefix
• A lot of new messages to handle pretty much any situation and exception
• Welcome message now includes placeholders for command issuer and username of accepted player

Also added few options to enable/disable different options like sending messages.

REGENERATE YOUR LANGUAGE CONFIG!!! and optionally general config

Bind {username} to ban message.

Attention! If player never joined the server with specified nickname, {username} in ban message will be empty

Use linked username instead of discord on (but still fall back to discord) and send private message on ban
