Greatly improved reply system:

Accept/remove now will show what EXACTLY they did and what they didn't do.
Every message now has prefix
A lot of new messages to handle pretty much any situation and exception
Welcome message now includes placeholders for command issuer and username of accepted player

Also added few options to enable/disable different options like sending messages.
