Realistic Torches
The sister mod to Realistic Campfires, changing how the vanilla torches works by requiring you to put more work in maintaining them.

- Added unlit textures for the torches
- Made it so the torches can be lit (with a flint and steel) and extinguished (by right-clicking again). Torches are also extinguished if it is exposed to rain.
- Implemented the data attachment to track ticks for torch blocks.
