Realistic Torches

The sister mod to Realistic Campfires, changing how the vanilla torches works by requiring you to put more work in maintaining them.

Added unlit textures for the torches
Made it so the torches can be lit (with a flint and steel) and extinguished (by right-clicking again). Torches are also extinguished if it is exposed to rain.
Implemented the data attachment to track ticks for torch blocks.
