Cool and Clean Motion Blur shaders.

It wasn't a mod because making mods is hard lol.

Cool settings (not outdated yet)

Options are:

Blur Type = Lunar Client (similar to lunar client), Badlion Client (same as lunar), Clean (clean indeed), PvP (clean for pvp)
Blur Strenght = 1 - 10 (if you pick above 5. i dont even know what to say) desimals now too
High Performance = turn this on if its laggy
Contrast Boost = looks pretty much the same
Color Grade = Cool setting meant for montages so they dont have to mess with color grades
Hit Flash = It makes hit look like you hit
Fullbright = its fullbright you know
