Tweaked fog and lighting aswell as ading some subltle film grain and sharpening.

I added bloom(also used to slightly fake auto exposure) and made the fog exponential(it makes it hard to see under water but this is a work in progress, it looks nicer 99% of the time).No noticable change in performance.
