Scaffolding Fix

Adds the missing hole on top of scaffolding blocks.

A lightweight resource pack that adds the missing hole on top of scaffolding blocks.

Note that the texture is off on pre 1.19.3 versions of minecraft, i might fix this in the future.

Before/Vanilla: Vanilla scaffolding block with a missing hole.

After: Fixed scaffolding block with the missing hole added.
