No Bobber Overlay

• updated to 1.21.9 and 1.21.10
• remade the algorithm for removing the bobber to hopefully make it easier to update and harder to break

• ported to all versions 1.20.5 to 1.21.8
• created a framework to make updating the pack much quicker and easier
• udpated the supported pack formats
• fixed a bug where some other entities would disappear if you went inside or close to them
