Quaint Atmosphere

Added a wobble animation to many plants, such as:

• short grass, short dry grass, fern, their tall counterparts
• bushes, dead bushes, sweet berry bushes, firefly bushes
• lilacs, rose bushes, peonies, sunflowers
• all small flowers apart from wither roses, eyeblossoms and (temporarily) torchflowers
• hanging roots, cave vines
• melon and pumpkin stems
• all partially- and fully-grown crops

Added a special animation to sunflowers, making them "look" up at day and to the side at night

All animations are skylight-dependant and do not affect pale garden fooliage

The wobble animation can be turned off by setting the enchantment glint strength to 24, 49, 74 or 99 %. It's strength is different between different types of blocks

Changed textures and models of:

• many small flowers (made their model stem-centered)
• coarse dirt, podzol, bedrock
• leaf litter
• oxeye daisies, lilies of the valley
• bushes, sweet berry bushes
• sunflowers

Grass now has a special variant that can be seen in patches scattered around meadows and birch forests

The silverfish and endermites have a new texture with emmisive properties

Many issues related to rendering fooliage at a distance have been (partially) fixed

Leaves no longer fall from spruce trees
