Changes:
- Add material settings to control procedural material generation
- Seriously reduce underwater fog
- Improve Forget-me-not Shaders water compatibility when using Lumi Lights Plus as a supplementary material pack

Reflections in foward translucent shading was groundbreaking, but the initial implementation has a bug that's hard to miss. That bug has now been fixed!
Changes:
- Add support for resin blocks and new copper utility blocks (door, chest, etc.)
Fixes:
- Fix: Holes in forward translucent reflections
- Fix: LITE compilation error
- Fix: Chest minecart material
- Fix: Ender dragon eyes (I think?)

Major changes:
- NEW experimental forward translucent shading
- ON by default
- Massively improve overlapping translucent (you can now enjoy looking at water outside the window)
- Reflection might be slightly broken when turned on
Minor changes:
- LITE now has the same brightness as regular
- Leaves in LITE are unshaded, same as regular
- Emissive strength is reduced to barely producing bloom
- Underwater fog has a more consistent brightness
- Nether and custom dimension fog respects fog color instead of clear color
- Skyless dimensions like Nether and the End now have a neutral lighting
- Frame data (shading, fog, sky, and celestial data) are pre-generated for all passes (unknown performance impact)
Fixes:
- Fix: End lighting in 26.1+
- Fix: Eyes rendering and some emissive material
- Fix: Cloud rendering behind translucent
- Fix: Particle ghost in reflection
Maintenance changes:
- Remove "Name Tag Shadow" option (no longer relevant in can-pipe)
- Silence some log spam about unused shadow map
- Improve code sanity
- Introduce new bugs
- NEW experimental forward translucent shading
Initial release of Lumi Lights Plus!
Contains minor bugfixes for can-pipe, a new icon, and reduced file size.
Some brightness have also been reduced.
