Updated pack.mcmeta to reflect that it works (& has been tested) on newer versions

It's so nice to maintain a pack that doesn't constantly break for once!

Updated pack.mcmeta for newer versions (works for ALL versions marked, even if it says it doesn't ingame!) and tested all the way down to 1.13 to make sure it didn't break anything

Fixed a few strange stray (invisible?) pixels
