Glowing Enchanted Tools
You won't believe this, but basically, this adds a glow to enchanted tools! I know, crazy I almost don't believe it myself. Anyway this isn't perfect since you can't set shading to false on handheld items for whatever reason.
So for some reason, it says it's "incompatible" and I have no idea why, and I don't have the time to fix it, so sorry, but everything works fine.
Copper tools now work, that's it. If I have time, I will fix the compatibility issue, but I have no idea why it's saying that.
Now the normal compass doesn't have a glow. woops

Why is this version 1 without some items?
Well things like the shield and trident use entities which need a mod like optifine or EMF to work so that will have to be a later addition
I added the bow, and it took me forever
Added glow to all basic tools from netherite to wood. Nothing else yet I just started working on this.
