Turns out that Stained Glass Panes are a bit of a pain... They're the only texture that passes through the item model rendered (as opposed to the block model renderer) that contain semi-transparent pixels. As such, their appearance in the inventory was over saturated and too opaque, due to being rendered multiple times. This has been fixed in this update.
Whoops! All my testing was on white dyed armor because that was closest to iron for a comparison to a normal item. Turns out the original version made all dyed armor white, all the time. This version fixes that!
