Boss Bars Reforged

Added remaining lang files so the pack is now compatible with all languages.

• Added raid bar
• changed pack name from Reforged Boss Bars to Boss Bars Reforged
• Added backwards compatibility overlays for the core shaders which now makes the pack compatible from version 1.21.11 to 1.20.2 (still crashes in 1.20.6 and 1.20.5).
