3iu | 3D Item Utils

minor fixes for Iron sword and added compability for minecraft version 1.21.11 for making it compatible with sodium. (Sodium is a bit error on version 26.1).

This update adds Iron sword 3D model and fixed JSON files for every item that will be affected by this resourcepack.

Fixed json files for trident & mace. (This version is probablly for testing only)

Changed resourcepack format from 48 to 61. (this version is probablly just for testing.)
