3D crops Revamped

added back sugarcane

Thanks to mr_ch0c0late of the Icons Resourcepack for these wonderful fixes!

These changes include:

• Updated shading (or lack there of) to prevent crops from looking muddy.
• Reduced redundant rendering for better performance
