Fixed: Potion effects and The Mist no longer apply in worlds disabled in world-settings (e.g. lobby hubs).
Fixed: Joining or entering an enabled world mid-event now applies active player effects correctly.
Fixed: Leaving an enabled world strips WorldEvents potion effects instead of keeping them in other worlds.
Fixed: Low Gravity respects world-settings and syncs on world change like other player effects.
