Fix issue #1 where the "world" name was hardcoded for the overworld.

Added a configurable option for an enderman warp sound to be played on command. Removed the option to prevent fall damage as it's glitchy and doesn't work, sorry.
Several bugs I found in the cooldown system were fixed. Cooldowns must be non-negative.
Version 1.0.1 is BUGGY. DON"T USE IT
Added a cooldown and a bugged option to prevent fall damage on /spawn. The latter function is bugged. Can someone please help contribute?
