Sorry its taken a while, but this is the release for 1.21.3/1.21.4

"Armor stand" name tags are now displayed using display entities. This means that ProtocolLib is no longer required. But as a result:
Support has been dropped for Spigot. It became impossible to support components as display names on Spigot platforms. In theory a leagcy version could be made for spigot if people deeply desire that.
The plugin only supports 1.20.4+ also as a result of the above.
