Added some new features to my plugin! :)

• You can now stick the prefix and the message together. Just activate the new "stickytext" function in the configuration.
• I have again optimized a part of my code to make your server always more efficient
• I added comments to the configuration file to help you better understand the configuration (comments are only visible for new installations)
• The plugin can now update its own configuration automatically. It will retrieve your old values and adapt them to the new file. However, the comments will be deleted.

Minor update, the update add:

• bstats implementation
• Now using "ChatColor.translateAlternateColorCodes" to understand the color in the "config.yml". You can now put how much "&" you want without disappearing.

This version adds :

• Per-server StaffChat
• Permissions updated
• More config options (The order of argument can now be selected, options for per server StaffChat)
• Plugin a little recoded and optimized code.
• Bug of shrink size fixes (Now, if you put a number greater than the name server size, it chooses to put the server name fully and not broken all)
