    • Implemented /mw info [world] to display detailed information about a world.
    • Implemented /mw gamerule <world> <rule> <value> to set world-specific gamerules.
    • Implemented /mw border set <world> <size> to set a world border.
    • Implemented /mw permission add <world> <permission> and /mw permission remove <world> <permission> for world-specific permissions.
    • Added per-world chat functionality, configurable in config.yml.
    • Added world aliases for teleportation, configurable in config.yml.
    • Added a portal cooldown feature, configurable in config.yml.

    • Data is now stored in data.yml, while configurable options are in config.yml.
    • The /mw create command now uses default settings from config.yml when creating a new world.
