Minecart Trains

• works now on Minecraft 1.21.x again
• will choose auto. if material "CHAIN" oder "IRON_CHAIN" is valid as a default
• requieres newer PuddingAPI version to use an improved update checker

plugin will check if the Material name of the coupling tool is valid and will return to default when incorrect. The recent naming change from CHAIN to IRON_CHAIN caused problems.

• fuel consumption of furnace minecarts is configurable

• arrows can't destroy minecarts (configurable)

• fixed rare issue where a player riding a minecart was killed
