The drop quantity is now correctly set when the config is set to natural drop.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed falling blocks issue during block regeneration due to physics. Blocks no longer fall when regenerated.
• Fixed crop regeneration bug where crops regenerated as seeds instead of fully grown crops when players teleported to another world or logged out. Crops now retain their fully matured state.
• Resolved negative tool damage error.
• Fixed issues with unbreakable items.
• Addressed world spawn and chunk load errors.
• Fixed an issue with region deletion; regions are now properly removed from regions.yml, and previously set values of -100 are no longer used.
• Corrected an issue where regions were not properly removed from the configuration upon deletion.

New Features:

• Enhanced Region Protection Controls:
• BlockBurn Toggle: You can now enable or disable block burning within specific regions for fire protection.
• BucketTake and BucketPlace Control: Control water and lava usage in regions by enabling/disabling bucket actions to prevent unauthorized players from using buckets in protected areas.
• Explosion Protection: Added the ability to enable/disable explosions (TNT, creepers, etc.) inside regions for enhanced security.

Note: Region protection settings are configurable only through the configuration file, not the in-game GUI.
