NEW FEATURES

• Town Market: You can now buy towns or list your own town for sale via the "Towns for Sale" menu!
• Automated Taxation: Town mayors can now automatically collect a custom tax amount from players at specified intervals using the /t tax command. (Collected taxes are directly deposited into the town bank).

FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

• UI Clean-up: Removed the "Pending Invites" menu from the town interface.
• Permission Fixes: Resolved bugs within the town alliance and town member permission settings.
• Alliance Permissions: Fixed issues regarding permission configurations for allied towns.
• Data Persistence: Fixed a diplomacy bug where certain data failed to save properly to SQL and YAML databases.
• Diplomacy Fix: Prevented allied towns from declaring war on each other.
• Command Help: Added missing commands that were previously omitted from the /t help section.
• Exploit Fix: Patched various bypass methods that allowed players to interact with town items without having the required town permissions.
