Do not update from v2.x.x to v3.x.x!

This update has been completely reprogrammed from scratch and is not compatible with version 2.x.x! Please use v2.x.x for Bukkit/Spigot servers and v3.x.x for Paper/Folia in the future!

Changes:

• /has language de/en --> Changes the language
• Messages can be modified in language.yml

• Blindness stays if you add time to the countdown
• Every player gets saturation
• If you are in spectator you cant run /has beep
