Added new config option: Elytra Drop Placement!
This config has 3 options: GROUND, CHEST and INVENTORY.
GROUND option:
- Elytra will spawn right above the portal frozen in air
CHEST option:
- Elytra will spawn right above the portal in a chest
INVENTORY option:
- Elytra will be given into the inventory of the player that killed the dragon

Added configuration file, you can now change your drop percentage (between 1 - 100) and drop amount (between 1 - 3). If you try to use higher/lower number for percentage/amount than is the set minimum/maximum, the default values will be used which are 100% / 1 drop.
