Added Spigot Support

• The way the initial value is handled has been adjusted so that text and numbers can be recognized more accurately

The option has been added to open one menu from within another, since the commands are now executed after the dialog box is closed

• Added new option in config.yml to ignore example files
• Created a website to create yaml files -> www.morelaid.com/dwe

It has been changed so that sliders are now correctly returned as numbers rather than booleans

• Fixed startup error for missing libs
