This is a pretty big update, but not quite V4. Progress is still being made on V4, but slowly.

• Recode the scoreboard.
• Add support for MiniMessage on the scoreboard.
• Remove the red numbers from the scoreboard.
• Fixed an issue with XMaterial and Base64 heads.
• Added a new DELAY action. [DELAY:{seconds}]
• Added support for <center> in the auto-announcements.

• Switch back to the normal XSeries repo for the internal library.

• Experimental support for 26.1

• Readded official support for 1.19.x
• Possibly fixed issue with blocked words list throwing errors.

• Support 1.21.11

• Fix issue where lobby spawn was not fully saved.

• Add support for Folia.
• Some small internal code cleanup.
