ControlPlayer

Changes:

• Added synchronized chest opening
• Added opening enderchest of victim instead of own enderchest
• Cancelled ability for victim to attack entities

• Added attempt to synchronze opening chests.
• Fixed that settings won't be applies after reloading the plugin.
• Fixed that the actionbar from the normal "/control" command cannot be disabled.

New Commands:

• Add "controlplayerother" short "cpo" command to force someone to control another player
• Add "controlplayerstop" short "cpstop" command to force someone to stop controlling

New features:

• Add control over tamed animals of victim (can now force them to sit)
• Add option to disable hunger-bar sync (control.running.sync.foodlevel)
• Add permissions based control hierarchy. (control.bypass.) -> Lower number = Higher position
• Add customizable commands
• Add controlplayer.specific.<user|uuid> permission to allow only specific control command usage

Bug fixes:

• Fixed achievement popup while controlling (only for 1.18> servers)
• Fixed 1.20+ missing arm-swing animation (main- & offhand)
• Fixed command tab-completion issue
