plugin version that can talk to clients with the fabric mod

note: it only works with specifically mentioned players - so /executeclient Steve soup:random works, but /executeclient @p soup:random or /execute as Steve run executeclient @s soup:random do not, this is a difference from the fabric mod being on server side

updated to 1.20.5

updated to 1.20.4, i dont actually remember what stopped it working last time, but this definately works
