- rewrote logic for uh the commands-only config option so now it acts like a filter rather then just a blacklist
- fixed commands from console not appearing so no happy abusing

tiny but significant feature
- Added "commands only" option in config, however it does not affect creative menu logging
- it also does not display /login or /register commands!
