Telomerase HOTFIX that fixes mod downloading which made installation impossible,
- Updated most mods GTNH forks,
- Removed most old optimization mod (OptiFine, FastCraft etc..) to replace with Angelica and modern alternative,
- Removed MCInstanceLoader and use a fork of mod director instead.,
- Removed ResourceLoader and use TXLoader instead,
- Removed Waila and use WDMLA instead,
- Switch to GTNH CraftTweaker fork (version that works without IC2),
- Removed some useless/misc mods,
- Slight config change
