Big changes for the final release!
- Added new spellbooks for Soul and Electric runes
- Fixed the HUD and a variety of overlapping visual issues
- Changed the health bar system back to the old, center-screen format
- Balance changes across the board
- Removed sliding for being buggy on servers and generally confusing
