Added a few shaders and updated mods to match 1.21.5 and fabric 0.18.0

Added lots of mods. Added new rspacks, shaders.

Changed versioning to X.Y.Z-MCx.y(.z) where X, Y and Z are the modpack version, and x and y (and z) are the minecraft versions.

MineClient for 1.16.5

MineClient for 1.19.2

Made a very similar Modpack for 1.20.4 with the core functions
