The Performance Update!

• Gamerule reducedDebugInfo is now enabled
• Mobs now spawn on the 11st not the 10th
• Food history is hopefully fixed

• Reduced thirstiness (you now will have less of a need to drink water)

• Fixed the infection rate being garaunted (250% chance instead of 25%)
