Actions and stuff update!!

Removed colorful sheep because it was unessensary (another mod did this) and it removed the sheep's eyes.

Removed ray's better sugarcane because for some reason it messed up the cow model

essential was crashing the game when a player opens the inventory

Removed many mods that were more or less doing the same thing, updated to 1.21.1

Just updated the versions of mods; the list of mods list in the description now reflects all of the current ones :)
