Rewrote everything.
Thanks to our lovely writers, pretty much all text has been rewritten to blend in with the world of Drehmal, rather than just a bunch of generic nonsense. This includes the lore description of EVERY item, every line of quest dialogue, and just about anything else you could think of.
Added Master Mode
Once toggled, major encounters such as bosses and story events will challenge you further with new attacks, tougher enemies, and more.
Advancement Rework
There are now advancements that will help you better track your progress with the DLC and challenges to push yourself over the edge.
Completely Overhauled Progression
Early and mid-game pacing has been rebalanced to include more content and it should feel a lot better and less grindy overall.
New Bosses
There are multiple brand-new bosses and several new combat encounters added in this update, including fresh takes on existing ones.
Primal Enemies
Powerful new enemy variants with unique abilities and loot will appear in dungeons and in your regular exploration.
Quest Revamp
All the quests have been fully rewritten, with several being moved or having their core mechanic changed to be more interesting or engaging. New quests have also been added to fill in the major towns without one.

This is going to be the last proper update... EVER. This has been a lovely process but nothing after this is going to surpass the thousands of hours put into this one update.
It is impossible to update from any previous DLC versions, do not try it.

Reworked Leviathan’s Coil visual clutter and weapon itself to no longer be two handed and it instead, has a 2 block default reach, from 3 and you also take 100% increased damage while wielding the short-ranged version, which is increased to 6 reach on-hit for 7 seconds, and any subsequent mobs hit with the weapon reduce your damage by 12.5% each, down to a minimum of 50% total damage. 5% of your damage dealt will be converted to lifesteal and if on max health, convert the extra healing into a temporary shield up to 20% of your maximum hp (30 sec cd). (lore not currently updated)

A new crystal themed mythic shield(modelled by albinokoopa) can now be found in a certain island, with full lore and abilities and a ranged weapon from a certain quest

I've fully ported everything to 1.20
I've been hard at work for the past few weeks porting drehmal to 1.20 and bug fixing, which includes the world, resourcepack and datapack, now i've ported the dlc and updated all the mods that could be updated along with having to add more datapack content for mods that weren't updated.
Added Better Combat
I personally dislike vanilla combat, so I added a combat overhaul mod that integrates normally in drehmal

I know I said it was gonna be a big update, but i've been busy working on the 1.20 port and doing bug fixes so haven't been able to come up with ideas of anything to add, so I'd really appreciate some ideas and feedback of the dlc to improve.

Rewrote a lot of the datapack
This was done to better optimize it and reduce mod dependency, which also leads to you not having to unzip the datapack anymore.
Runic catalysts have been made useful !!!
Reworked the gear modification station to where it now works with ANY item, including artifacts, legendaries and mythics.

(don't put stones on your mythics if you plan on upgrading them)
Custom advancements work better in multiplayer
All custom advancements are now granted to every online player(i was too lazy to grant it to offline players)
Rebalanced a lot of the game
Major currencies aren't as hard to obtain anymore to reduce people having to grind to get them, quests overall should feel better to do if you know you're getting a more impactful amount of currency. Mythic upgraded abilites have been changed, mostly buffs since the old damage system was doing way too much damage. Also changed how legendary mobs spawn to prevent them replacing important mobs and also nerfed their damage significantly.

This is the last update... at least for a little while since i've fixed all the major bugs, rebalanced the game and i have to work on a 1.20 port of drehmal so..
If you are updating from a previous version of the dlc and your tower completion is past 25%> then contact me on discord for how to update, otherwise, YOU MUST REPLACE ALL MODS AND CONFIG FILES and delete the hi_drehmal folder in your world save file datapacks folder and replace it with this zip file
Fixed skyboxes not working for if you deleted all original config files (if you're updating, just replace config files)
