Removed problematic mods, added some minor QoL, and readded various QoL that hadn't updated when previous version was released. Nothing significant.

Update to 1.21.1

Various mods had to be removed due to lack of update, none added this update. Notable some Farmer's Delight addons and Twigs. The Decorative Blocks included is an unofficial fork, but due to MIT license we can distribute.

Fixes more crashes with legend models. Makes IPN not try to auto replace tools even when you don't have any replacements. Changed slot lock to ctrl+click instead of alt+click.

Fixes a crash with the genesect model due to conflicting resource packs.

Small update that adds 4 resource packs containing various legend models in preparation for a server update.
