Nerfed creepers and their spawn rates

Added enhanced celestials (blood moon mod)

Buffed diamond and netherite veins due to how dangerous mining is (but made them rarer)

Added the man from the fog

Added ATHCore:

Nerfed graves (30% chance of dropping items instead of saving them on death)

Changed how aquamirae's anglerfish spawns - it can now spawn in rivers and oceans

Added a dependency checker for additional resources (such as the Cave Dweller Sound Overhaul resource pack)

Added Insanity Shader and set it as the deafult

Updated HT's treechop
