Updated Sodium and Iris compat

Changed Sodium compat to Sodium 0.6.0 and Iris compat to 1.8.0. Note that this version is experimental.

Fix compatibility with the latest Fabric API.

Because vanilla MC added scaling attributes, the portal scaling will use vanilla mechanics, and this mod will no longer be compatible with Pehkui.

Move Iris compat to 1.7.0. Change default nether portal mode to adaptive. Maybe fix issue with bobby.
