More fixes for 0.2.4!

Changelog:

Fixed rope thrower not rendering the rope if the first position was world
Fixed rope thrower not creating the joint while using the physx backend
Fixed weird warping and wrong positions to pulley anchor, which was causing swinging when using it
Adjust Phys Grabber values and forces to work well (i think) with the new VS weights that were introduced in I forgot what 2.4 update
