Fix update for 0.2.4 to fix some oversights, apologies for the issues, happy vstuffing!
Changelog:
- Removed pulley anchor collision
- Forced pulley to have a min length of 1
- Fix pulley not ticking on relog
- Remove damping for setJointLength (which was causing extension to be slugish)
