Fixed the game crashing when a Repel cancels a spawn from a Poké Snack

Updated to Cobblemon 1.7

Removed Cobblemon Spawn Notification compatability until the mod itself updates

This version simply marks the 1.6 version of the mod, incompatible with 1.7.

Check 1.7-1.3 for the 1.7 port!

• Spawns check for repels using Minecraft's POI system, the same system used for Villagers and Bees.
• superRepelRangeMultiplier and maxRepelRangeMultiplier's minimum set to 1
• Repels no longer stop Pokémon spawned through fishing
