Hotfix: DeprecationRule may produce crash

Special version for new build of MM.

Changes:

• Instead of the PerformanceImpact and HighlightWarning enumerations, the TooltipSuffix list is now used; this will allow you to create your own custom suffixes for descriptions.
• Fixed desynchronisation of lists in configuration screen
• Improvements to the DeprecationRule.class

Although these changes are highly compatible, they may cause errors when used with unpatched mods.
