Bugfix: starter island no longer respawns

Fixed a bug where the starting island could regenerate out of the blue — most often after rejoining the world. If you'd mined out the original platform, or water or lava had spread over it, the game thought the island was "missing" and rebuilt it, sometimes overwriting blocks you'd placed there.

The starter island now builds once and stays gone for good once you've moved on. Existing worlds are safe: your island won't be rebuilt on the update — the fix simply remembers it was already created.

Everything else is unchanged.
