The Cardinal Sins

• Lowered spawnrates of all structures.
• Replaced custom spawner blocks with a few of the corresponding mob in the structures.
• Made the custom biomes nicer looking and able to spawn vanilla mobs now.

• Fixed spawning of Sin of ✨ Structure
