Allow ticket extraction by right clicking

• Add sounds and textures
• Fix an issue where power would only be output tangentially
• Fix an issue where you needed to have the exact token/ticket count on hand

• Support 1.21 proper
• Hurriedly implement untextured token/ticket acceptors I meant to do ages ago

Fix a bug where passcards were stackable (I forgot the max count lol)

Fix a bug where token and ticket removals would fully empty a token or ticket collection
