Killing a player grants the Strength 1 effect permanently
Killing another player grants strength 2
And again for strength 3
Dying to a player will make you lose one level of strength
if you dont have any strength levels and die, you get weakness 1
/trigger ResetStrengthLevels will reset everyone back to 0 strength levels.
