Revamped the way loot chests generate: Loot chests (and spawners for that matter) now aren't part of the sphere definition anymore, but are now implemented using decorators.

That means that both other mods and data packs now can add all new kinds of shenanigans, like fluid spheres with loot in the center, or fully filled spheres with spawners.

Improved a few spheres

A special build of starry skies 3.1.0 for 1.21.4 that runs completely serverside!

It has a few limitations:

• No Overworld<->Starry Skies portal
• No sphere location command
• A resource pack that has all the lang keys used in the advancements
• The skybox will ofc. not have a ✨, since it's a render thing on the client
• The cloud height is fixed to vanillas hardcoded height of 192

Added the starry_skies:cave_column configured feature

Complete rewrite making spheres, decorators and dimensions a LOT more customizable!

If you want to, you can even use a data pack to replace vanilla dimensions with starry dimensions, or add more starry dimensions entirely!
