putting on a trim with a pattern that's already on the armor will remove the old one, since it wouldn't be visible anyway -
added new gamerule that can turn off above behavior -
trim removal now done in the smithing table with an axe instead of the anvil with flint; the axe takes damage, but does not consume the whole thing -
a template can be used with the axe to remove a specific layer of trim instead of the most recent one; the template is not consumed

- added duplicate rims gamerule (trims with the same color and shape can/can't be added twice (or more))
